Great fusion food and fun atmosphere! The Crispy BBQ Pork Wrap and Dancing Golden Beancurd are absolute must-tries. The Stone Pot Black Pork was tender and flavorful. For dessert/drink, the Mystery Drinks are a fun experience—one is sweet and the other is bitter! Overall, high-quality ingredients and very creative dishes. Highly recommend for a nice dinner with friends!

The soup of the coconut chicken was really nice, tasted better than the other coconut chicken I had before! Salad was indeed special with the chips. My rice can’t get enough with the toufu… Overall can see they put effort on the design of the foods, quite a nice place to recommend for family and friends!

From the moment we stepped into Jiang Fusion Cuisine, we knew we were in for a treat. We were welcomed warmly by a cheerful service staff who instantly set the tone for the evening with her bright smile and friendly attitude. What stood out was how she took the time to share her personal favourites from the menu—something we always appreciate in a new spot. And to our delight, her recommendations turned out to be spot on. Our meal started on a playful and unexpected note with a game of “Poison” drink. One of us ended up with a bitter herbal tea, meant to help reduce heatiness (and perhaps add a touch of mystery), while the rest were served a sweet, Ribena-like concoction. It was a fun icebreaker and a whimsical start to the meal that left us chuckling. Then the food began arriving, and each dish brought its own little surprise. The Dancing Golden Beancurd was a textural masterpiece. Lightly crisp on the outside, with a silky soft centre, it had that addictive umami quality that made it disappear quickly from the table. We followed that up with the Pickle Peppers Golden Soup Bullfrog, which turned out to be one of our favourites. The broth was tangy, spicy, and deeply flavourful, and the bullfrog was tender and well-prepared—definitely a dish for those who enjoy bold, vibrant flavours. Another show-stealer was the Pan-fried Oyster Omelette, a clever and elevated take on the street food classic. It was crispy, generously studded with plump oysters, and didn’t feel greasy at all. The Claypot Lala with Prawns was also a standout—fragrant, brimming with sweetness from the shellfish, and served piping hot in a comforting claypot style that made us crave more even after we were full. The Crispy BBQ Pork Wrap was a pleasant surprise—it had the look and feel of Peking Duck, complete with delicate crepes and crispy skin, but with a sweet-savory BBQ pork twist. A creative reinterpretation that worked beautifully. Now, let’s talk about the Signature Green Mustard Rice—a genius creation, especially for those of us trying to avoid a heavy carb load. It was light, fragrant, and provided a perfect balance to the richer dishes on the table. We found ourselves reaching for second helpings despite our “low-carb” intentions. Not every dish was a winner, though. The Spicy Chicken with Egg Pudding didn’t quite work for us. The chicken lacked the punch we were hoping for, and while the egg pudding was delightful (so much so that we could imagine kids fighting over it), it felt like it belonged in a different dish altogether. Similarly, the Fuzhou Fish Ball and Meat Dumpling Soup was just average—not bad, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression compared to the other stars of the night. Just when we thought we couldn’t eat anymore, we were persuaded to try the Chinese desserts—and we’re so glad we did. The Puff Pastry Milk Roll was delicate, creamy, and utterly satisfying. It was a perfect, light way to round off the meal without tipping us into full food coma territory.

I had a great experience at Mr Jiang. The atmosphere was cosy and the food came out fast, fresh, and full of flavour. I ordered three dishes Stir-fried long beans with minced meat – very fragrant, nicely seasoned, and cooked with a good wok-hei. Crispy fried taro with dipping sauce – crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and the sauce paired perfectly with it. Pineapple shrimp fried balls served in a real pineapple super cute presentation and the taste was sweet, juicy, and really enjoyable. Overall, everything was delicious and the service was friendly. I would definitely come back again!

Located in the ever-popular Mount Austin area, Mr Jiang Fusion Cuisine stands out with its creatively presented and flavorful dishes that blend traditional Chinese flavors with modern flair. Our meal started with the Crispy BBQ Pork with Wrap—a Beijing roast duck-style presentation where you wrap slices of pork with cucumber sticks in thin wraps. The dish arrived dramatically with cold smoke, adding to the wow factor before we even took the first bite. Next was the Pineapple in Love with Shrimp Balls—a visually stunning dish served with a real pineapple, half the shrimp balls nestled within the fruit, and the rest perched on pineapple slices outside, again enhanced with cold smoke for effect. Unique and refreshing! The Pan-Fried Oyster Omelette was unlike the usual—packed with vegetables and eggs, giving it a lighter, healthier twist. Another standout was the Claypot Dancing Golden Beancurd, rich in ingredients and topped with generous amounts of squid flakes reminiscent of Japanese yakitori. The Stewed Claypot Chicken was flavorful and hearty, though a touch on the salty side—perfect with rice. A fun surprise came with their drink set: six glass bottles, five with lime juice and one bitter—creating a playful Russian roulette moment at the table! The staff were warm and welcoming, and we were told the menu features over 50 dishes—plenty of reasons to return. Overall, my family was thoroughly impressed by both the taste and the stunning presentation of the food. Highly recommended for those looking to enjoy fusion cuisine with a twist.

The food there was excellent. It was cooked to perfection and the flavours were bold and savoury. The lamb chops were tender, weren't too soft, yet weren't too hard, just nice. The lemon soup fish was also spectacular, the soup included a variety of ingredients such as konjac noodles, sauerkraut, white radish and more. The oyster egg is very unique, but in a marvellous way, the texture and oyster and other ingredients fused together very well. There was also a special mini game before enjoying our food. The game is like this, inside a treasure box are identical bottles filled with lime juice (diluted and a bit sweet, not pure) and one with bitter gourd juice, helping to boost body's health. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, they also recommended some dishes and were with us throughout the ordering process. Super friendly and delicious, would highly recommend.
